1. Services Offered

   - We provide mobile detailing services for vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, and more as agreed upon with the customer.

   - Services may vary based on the package selected or customized service agreed upon.

 

2. Booking and Scheduling

   - Appointments can be made through our website, or by contacting our customer service directly.

   - We require a minimum advance notice of 12 hours for bookings to ensure availability.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   - Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 6 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

   - Late cancellations may incur a fee of $20 or a percentage of the service cost.

 

4. Access to Vehicle

   - Customers must ensure our team has access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location.

   - It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and legal parking space for the duration of the service.

 

5. Payment

   - Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

   - We accept payment via Cash, or Venmo.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

   - Customers are responsible for disclosing any special requirements, vehicle conditions, or allergies to cleaning products.

   - It is the customer's responsibility to remove any personal belongings or valuables from the vehicle before service.

 

7. Liability

   - While we take utmost care in servicing your vehicle, we are not liable for any damage to items left in the vehicle or pre-existing vehicle conditions.

   - Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or rectifying any issues directly caused by our negligence.

 

8. Weather Conditions

   - Services may be affected by inclement weather. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if weather conditions pose a risk to our equipment or personnel.

 

9. Complaints and Feedback

   - We strive for customer satisfaction. Any complaints or feedback should be communicated to us promptly so we can address them accordingly.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    - We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile app.

 

11. Governing Law

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
