After restoring, and polishing, protection is key. Without adding protection to the headlights, fogging will occur promptly. We add a film over your headlights to protect against the elements, and add clarity to the finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you do headlight restoration multiple times? The Short answer is yes, however, doing more then 2 headlight restorations is not recommended by manufactures. The reason for this is due to the process of restoring the headlight, in order to remove clouded appearance, we have to sand the top layer of plastic away to reveal the clean, and scratch free surface below. Too many times sanding can result in thin headlights subject to damage.
Why is headlight restoration important? Headlight restoration is extremely important because as the headlights fade, visibility is reduced at a dramatic rate. Driving with foggy headlights can lead to strained eye sight, and poor judgement at distance.
Where do you service? We offer Mobile Car Detailing to many different locations, Any area surrounding the following counties is covered, Utah County, Salt Lake County, Davis County, Ext. If you live outside of this area but still want a Lavish finish, we do offer travel for a small fee.
What if I don't like the final result? We never let a customer slip through the cracks, it is our mission to stay a top ranking Car Detailing company and that only happens when we serve you. When your detail is finished, you check it off before our technicians leave. If you find spots later on, send us a text or call and we will get you taken care of!
How long does it last? We guarantee our restoration will last you minimum 12 months if properly maintained. If for whatever reason they do not, we will fully replace both headlights free of charge.
What are the downsides of doing it by myself? While there are many different ways to learn how to restore your headlights, many do not take your specific headlight into consideration. Every car manufacturer makes there vehicles different, so every headlight is made of different material and has different thickness. As well as hundred of dollars in equipment necessary to do a proper job. Let us worry about your cars details, and drive off satisfied!
